He is the son of Fred Trump and Mary Trump. 

Donald Trump attended the New York Military Academy in 1959.

Before attending the Wharton School of Finance, Donald Trump attended Fordham University.

He then transferred to the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated in 1968 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. While studying at the University of Pennsylvania, Donald Trump started to invest in real estate.

After graduating from Wharton School of Finance, Trump began working with his father on apartment complexes.

The areas that they did most of their development was Brooklyn and Queens.
