CB&I appoints new President and CEO

Philip K. Asherman is to retire from his role as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CB&I, and as a member of the company's Board, effective 1 July 2017.

Patrick K. Mullen will succeed Mr Asherman in this role, effective the same date. Mr Mullen will stand for election to the company's Board in May 2018.
