Michael gruber md obituary

Michael Edward Gruber, M.D. was born in Bay City, MI on January 18, 1945 to the late Walter J. and June B.(Mueller) Gruber.  He passed away at his home on October 15, 2018.

Gruber graduated from the University of Michigan and received his Medical Degree from Wayne State University.  He began his practice in Bay City in 1978.  He served on the Board of Directors of McLaren Bay Region and was president of the Allen Medical Building. In addition to his private practice he served as Medical Director of the Bay Medical Care Facility for many years.

Dr. Gruber was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, the Bay City Yacht Club and the Bay City Lodge No. 88, B.P.O.E.  He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era.
